Yingshan is super helpful through out our buying. She is super responsive, and helped us toured >50 properties within a week in a very timely manner. She is very professional, and can thoroughly explain and examine all the details of the properties, and helped us make good decisions. She never delayed on our touring/putting offers/contacting seller agents. She educated us a lot about the basics of buying a property.
